Endorsements

Endorsements from our community and from those who know me, my values, and my principles are the ONLY endorsements I am seeking.

Governing board members have a duty and responsibility to address the needs of the local community to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.

When making decisions as a governing board member my lens and focus for analysis will center on the implications for PV students, families, staff, and PV community members. That focus starts now - as a candidate.

So, whether we worked together, volunteered together, or met on the park playground with our kids, please share why you endorse me for this important role.

Because your endorsement is what matters!

With gratitude,
Jessica

The PV Fund for Children is the PAC affiliated with Paradise Valley Education Association and Paradise Valley Support Employees Association. We are pleased to share our endorsement of Anne Greenberg, Amanda Lim, and Jessica Wani for the PVUSD Governing Board election this November.   — PV Fund for Children
Jessica is a school mom and a dedicated school supporter who brings her expertise and logic as an attorney to the table to help. As a retired military member turned public teacher who pays taxes in PVUSD, Jessica will be a discerning board member who will ask tough questions and advocate for all of us who want to see our PV kids well educated. I am a proud parent of a PVUSD graduate. I am also public high school educator in another district and know the problems first hand. Today's 8th grader may well be the firefighter paramedic at your door 10 years from now that will save your loved one from a heart attack, or engineer that is helping America make technological gains, or be in the ranks of many of our past students, who are proudly wearing the cloth of our nation. I am backing Jessica because I know she will ask the tough questions and be a board member that builds team solutions. — Jon Altmann, M. Ed.
